UPDATE:  Due to overwhelming demand in this wānanga, RSVPs are now closed to prevent us from exceeding Marae capacity.

Ngāi Tai ki Tāmaki whānau who haven't already registered for the wānanga are still invited to join us for hautapu on the morning of Saturday 21st June, but please note we will not be able to accommodate you staying overnight at the Marae prior to hautapu.

Calling all descendants of Ngāi Tai ki Tāmaki!

Our 10th Reo & Tikanga Wānanga is taking place over Matariki!

Kicking off on Thursday evening, the first part of the wānanga will focus on preparing us for hautapu on Saturday morning, welcoming in the new year together.

As always, this wānanga will be a safe space for all iwi members of Ngāi Tai ki Tāmaki to learn and develop their Reo and Tikanga on their marae with their whānau.
