Once booking requests are submitted via the online form, they are then forwarded to the komiti marae (marae committee) for review on a weekly basis.

You’ll then be advised of the komiti marae decision, including marae hire costs, via email.

Please note that Umupuia Marae is expected to be closed for a scheduled maintenance programme from June 2026 to February 2027 (dates TBC).
